Overview
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:

Perishable goods: Food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines.

Sensitive items: Intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids/gases.

Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards, downloadable software, and specific health/personal care items.
Note: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:

Books with obvious signs of use.

Opened media (CDs, DVDs, software, video games, or vinyl records).

Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refund Process

Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you of the receipt of the item.

Approval: We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Credit: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a specific timeframe.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Re-check your bank account.

Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Contact your bank, as there is often some processing time involved.

If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact our support team.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, items purchased on sale or during clearance events are final sale and cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us via email to initiate the process.
Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
Shipping for Returns

Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Deduction: If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund amount.

Risk Management: If you are shipping an item over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
