Transport & Delivery Terms

  • Address Accuracy: It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address.

  • Delivery Failures: If a package cannot be delivered due to an address error or insufficient information provided by the customer, a re-shipping fee will apply.

  • Damaged Goods: Upon delivery, please inspect your package carefully. If the shipment arrives visibly damaged, you should refuse the delivery or contact us within 48 hours to file a report.
