Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern the sale of products online. By accessing our sales channels and purchasing products, the Client agrees to the following general terms and conditions of use and purchase.
I. Confidentiality
The Store is responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of all data and information provided by the Client during the purchasing process. Our website's security is audited daily to ensure protection against unauthorized access and cyber threats, supported by industry-standard security certifications.
II. Customer Support Service (CSS)
The Client may utilize our support service to resolve inquiries, process requests, or address claims regarding orders or website content. Our support team can be reached via phone, WhatsApp, or the email address provided on the website.
III. Delivery Policy
The delivery timeframe for products is provided during the checkout process and is calculated in business days.

Schedule: Deliveries are typically made Monday through Friday. Occasionally, deliveries may occur on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

III.I Product Dimensions: It is the Client’s responsibility to verify that the product dimensions are appropriate for their space. Any discrepancies must be identified at the time of delivery and reported to Customer Support.

III.II Delivery Attempts: Up to three (3) delivery attempts will be made at the designated location on alternate days, with an interval of up to 48 hours between attempts. A person authorized by the buyer (aged 18+ with valid ID) must be present to sign the delivery protocol. After three failed attempts, the order will be returned to our Distribution Center.

III.III Order Modifications: Once an order is completed, it is not possible to change the payment method, shipping address, or request expedited priority.

III.IV Lead Times: The delivery period accounts for current stock, regional logistics, invoice processing, and preparation time. Automated status updates will be sent to the Client via email and SMS.

III.V Shipping Costs: We offer Free Shipping throughout the national territory.

III.VI Carrier Restrictions: Carriers are strictly prohibited from: entering the residence; performing installation or maintenance; opening product packaging; delivering to an address different from the invoice (DANFE); or releasing goods to minors or individuals without identification.

III.VII Tax Authority Retention: The Store is not responsible for goods retained by tax authorities (SEFAZ) due to pending issues related exclusively to the Client. In such cases, the Client must attend the fiscal office to secure the release of the goods.
IV. Right of Withdrawal (Return Policy)
The Client has the right to withdraw from the purchase and return the product under the following conditions:

Timeline: The withdrawal period is 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt.

Condition: The product must be returned to the Distribution Center in its original packaging, accompanied by the invoice (DANFE), the manual, and all original accessories.

IV.I Request: All returns must be formally requested through our Customer Support Service (CSS).

IV.II Inspection: Upon arrival at the Distribution Center, the product will undergo a quality inspection. If compliant with the terms above, a full refund will be authorized.

IV.III Credit Card Refunds: The credit card issuer will be notified, and the reversal will appear on the next or subsequent billing cycle as a lump sum, regardless of the number of installments chosen at purchase. The timeline for the refund and the management of remaining installments is the sole responsibility of the card issuer.
